Terms of Service (TOS) for "Healthcare in Retirement: Your Weekly Blueprint to Secure Health & Wealth" Substack Newsletter

5. Subscription Plans

Paid Subscription: Subscribers may purchase a Paid Subscription, which grants access to additional premium content, such as exclusive articles, in-depth analyses, and audio versions of the Newsletter. 6. Payment and Billing

You authorize Substack (or its third-party payment processors) to charge the provided payment method for the subscription fees.
If payment is unsuccessful due to expired or invalid information, we may suspend or cancel access to the Paid Subscription until payment is made.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Substack platform. If you cancel a Paid Subscription, you will continue to have access until your current billing period ends.
Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods except as required by law.
8. Content Use and Intellectual Property
All Content provided in the Newsletter and related platforms are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Content without explicit permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Content for personal use only.
Unauthorized use of Content may result in termination of your subscription and legal action.
9. User-Generated Content
Subscribers may be able to engage with the Newsletter (e.g., through comments or feedback). By submitting any content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submitted content.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Paid Subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Newsletter, its creators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these TOS or your use of the Services.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these TOS. Your license to use the Content and Services will cease immediately upon termination.
16. Modifications to the TOS
We may update or modify these TOS at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting. We will notify Subscribers of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

These TOS will be governed by and construed by the laws of the U.S.A. without regard to its conflict of law principles.
18. Dispute Resolution
In any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these TOS, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration per the [Arbitration Organization] rules.
